It is possible that a product is not entirely what you expected and that you want to return it. We do everything we can to meet your needs and satisfy you, because that’s one of the goals we pursue.

You can return a product within 10 days of receipt if it has not been used and you return it in its original packaging. A return can be refused or a reduction can be made on the purchase amount to be refunded if it does not comply with this. We also want to be sure that the product in question has been purchased from us and you must therefore be able to submit proof of purchase.
